Our story
Built by operators who got tired of duct-taping seven tools together.
In 2022, our founders were running a 60-property STR portfolio across Florida. The operation depended on Hostaway for bookings, WhatsApp for guest comms, Slack for the cleaning team, Google Sheets for inventory, Trello for maintenance, and a homegrown Python script for door codes. It was working — barely — and it refused to scale past 100 properties.
We tried every PMS, every "all-in-one" suite, every vertical task tool. Nothing covered the full operator workflow. Most were 20 years old wearing fresh CSS. None used AI in a way that survived a real Friday check-in storm.
So we built it. RentUP.ai started as our internal ops platform and grew into what we'd wanted to buy: a single system covering guest comms, field tasks, smart locks, staff, inventory, and the in-stay guest app — all AI-native, all designed by people who lived the work.
We're now used by 200+ operators across 30+ countries, from solo hosts to enterprise PMCs running 1,000-unit portfolios. We're a wholly-owned product of Lancetop Ltd. and we're hiring.
