How is pricing actually calculated?+
Pricing is per active property per month, billed monthly or annually. You only pay for properties currently in your portfolio - properties paused for off-season are not billed.
Can I start with one module and add more later?+
Yes. That's exactly what RentUP.ai's modular pricing is built for. Most customers start with Starter (Inbox + Reservations + Reviews) and add Task Management or Staff Suite as their team grows.
Do you charge per user or per staff member?+
No. Unlimited staff users on all plans. We don't believe in seat-based pricing for an operations platform - your team should grow without surprise costs.
What about the mobile apps?+
Both the staff mobile app and the guest mobile app are included in every plan. No app store fees, no per-install charges.
Do I need to migrate from my current PMS?+
RentUP.ai can either replace your PMS entirely or integrate alongside Hostaway / Guesty / OwnerRez and other major systems. Onboarding handles the data migration either way.
